Nourishment
Our modern way of life is unfortunately very rigorous and stressful, almost enervating. On a daily basis we live and work in a very stressful, unclean and at times contaminated environment, which has a huge impact at our health overall.
The air we breathe, the water we drink, our modern way of life without any exercise, the fast-food we prefer eating because is convenient, the fact that we “shield” ourselves from nature (away from the sun, the soil, the plants); are all very incriminating factors about our poor health.
Taking all that in consideration, our only true allies are a holistic approach, a positive attitude on life, a healthy diet, sufficient hydration and of course some form of exercise. Doing all that, our body can ensure adequate provisions in order to overcome the daily energy demand and reach a high level of life not only in a physical level, but in a psychological level as well.
A proper, healthy diet is the only way to go forth!!!
By the term “proper diet” we mean avoiding the intake of unhealthy, contaminated food which may taste good, but is utterly useless for our body. Our body needs proper, healthy, nutritional ingredients that are going to help it function properly.
Unfortunately, nowadays, the intake of healthy, nutritional ingredients solely from our food is near to impossible. We are in great need of nutritional supplements, because, according to the W.H.O (World Health Organization), our food is not what it used to be. Unfortunately, earth and animal products are almost empty of nutritional ingredients; in fact you get only dietary fibers and calories. The conclusion is, that even though you might follow a healthy diet your body may very well has a vitamin and essential nutrients deficiency.
Using the Bio-resonance method we can trace all these problems and by recommending the appropriate nutritional supplement we can actually achieve a very high level of health.
Using this method, a very interesting fact came up. We discovered that not all nutritional supplements are optimal for everyone! Every human body has different needs; and therefore different supplements are more or less appropriate for each and every one.
Therefore, by using this method, we can determine which supplement is best; thus achieving the optimum individual customized combination of treatment in each case.
CHARACTERISTICS THAT A GOOD QUALITY FOOD SUPPLEMENT SHOULD HAVE
The basic components of the supplement should be natural food sourses, preferably of organic farming, without any preservatives. Any supplement that its basic components are chemically engineered should be avoided.
The bioavailability and level of assimilation in a cellular level should be high. That can be achieved by ensuring the best quality of the raw materials, the way they are harvest and of course the correct combination and proportion of them in the final product.
Synergy. The proper combination of raw materials and in the correct proportion can actually increase the beneficial collective action they can have on our bodies.
Of course, last but not least, they should be certified by the national and international authorities (ΕΟΦ = National Organization of Medicine for Greece).
Nutritional supplements cannot replace in any way a balanced diet or a medical/professional course of treatment!
