In 2019 there was research published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health with the collaboration of the Department of Environmental Health of Harvard’s University, the Chen School of Public Health of Boston’s University, the Medical School of Harvard and the General Hospital of Massachusetts. Their research proved that HRV test is a reliable indicator of the overall function of the Vegetative Nervus System (Sympathetic and Parasympathetic functions) of the pilots during flight.
